My dad had Parkinson’s and he suffered greatly -physical immobility, inability to swallow & eat, psychological suffering knowing what lies ahead. The awareness of his demise. A horrible prognosis.

1 full working week trying to cancel my @SkyIreland subscription. 5 phone calls unreturned. What is going on?! @SkyIreland replied to last tweet asking me to phone. I did but the wait is 40 mins plus & then they offer to call back. Still waiting. This is ludicrous
