⦿ A big conspiracy is underway in Karnataka. In more than 70% of the booths, we have already identified instances where various BJP leaders have been collecting Form 7 without any identification.

⦿ Pre-printed forms have been supplied by various agencies. These forms are being given to leaders of the BJP and its allied parties to ensure that the names of eligible voters are deleted.

⦿ These forms contain the names, EPIC numbers and booth details of eligible voters whose names are already on the electoral rolls.

The more we dig into Karnataka’s SIR, the murkier it gets. The pattern emerging around bulk Form 7 filings is nothing but electoral fraud hatched by the BJP-JD(S)-ECI nexus to drop nearly 60 lakh voters from the electoral rolls in Karnataka.

Thousands of Form 7 applications have been filed in each Assembly constituency, mostly by a handful of suspected individuals with BJP ties

In Bhalki and Babaleshwar, thousands of Form 7 deletion objections were filed in concentrated bursts that disproportionately targeted Muslim voters and other marginalised communities.

In some cases, BLOs were pressured into signing bulk Form 7s, people were impersonating the ERO to push the approvals through, and the ERO himself was unaware that his name was being used.

This follows many other dirty tricks from the BJP-ECI #VoteChori playbook that were exposed by the Congress party in Mahadevapura and Aland.

Today, the Karnataka Congress Party unanimously calls to:

- Scrap SIR in Karnataka.
- Order a criminal inquiry into bulk Form 7 filings.
- Register FIRs against those who generated, filed or coordinated fraudulent Form 7s.
- Identify who supplied the voter data used in the pre-filled forms.
- Trace the individuals and political actors behind the filings.
- Restore every eligible voter wrongly targeted or deleted.
- Protect minority, backward-class, SC and ST voters from wrongful exclusion.
- Direct BLOs, BLAs, DCs, ACs, EROs and Tahsildars to immediately report suspicious Form 7 activity.

CBSE’s May 2025 tender required answer sheets to be scanned with automatic robotic scanners, spines preserved, at a minimum of 300 DPI.

The tender re-issued in August quietly removed all of it. “Scanners” became generic. Resolution dropped to 200 DPI.

Now we know what that meant in practice. It has been exposed that COEMPT scanned the answer sheets using mobile phones.

The blurred copies, the missing pages, the unscanned books - they are not “errors.” They are the predictable outcome of a contract written to fit a vendor.

This is fraud. And every child whose marks were wrongly evaluated is a victim of it.

This morning, the Prime Minister had time to speak about mangoes. He has not had time to speak about 18.5 lakh children whose answer sheets were scanned with phones.

The Caste Census is about building a policy framework that will deliver social justice.

The Constitution promises justice and equality for every Indian. Yet, the harsh reality today is that over 90% of our population is excluded from growth and opportunity.

The 90% Bahujans - Dalits, Adivasis, OBCs, minorities, and also the general caste poor—are skilled and hardworking. Excluding them from opportunities is like shutting down 9 cylinders of a 10-cylinder engine—we simply won't get very far as a nation.

Just as the Constitution guided us towards social justice, a comprehensive socio-economic Caste Census will be our guide today. It will help include the 90% in the nation's progress and realise the Constitution's promise.

This census will do more than just count the population. Like an X-ray it will reveal who has access to wealth and assets, identify the most marginalised communities, and highlight the families lacking basic needs and opportunities. It will show us who is and isn't represented in our nation's institutions—whether in government, business, media, or judiciary.

The data from this census will be crucial in designing policies to address long-standing issues. For example, the arbitrary 50% cap on reservations will be revised so that representation in government and education is fair for all communities.

PM Modi must recognise that the people of India have already made their voices heard. A comprehensive socio-economic Caste Census will happen.

He should either implement it now or wait and watch as the next Prime Minister does so.

I hope you stop this nonsense from now on. If they could have hacked, they would have hacked and gotten Modi a majority of at least 3 lakh votes.

There were only two major tricks they played:
- Booth capturing and it was quite significant is their strongholds.
- Blocking anti-BJP votes. This was also quite evident in many strongholds.

There are lot of video evidence surfaced to prove both and this was done at scale in many places. This is something that non-cadre parties need to figure out a way to counter.

All the hacking theory narratives in the end have helped the BJP by getting a lot of anti-BJP votes not getting polled. That's the unintended/intended consequence of your actions.
