In my ongoing saga with @RBC ...visited the branch a 3rd time to resolve a "fraud" issue. Still no clue what the issue is.

Came back with ID and proof of address... but that still doesn't suffice. I have to have a physical bill sent to my address, and then bring that bill in

So until I get a physical bill sent to my house, I'm locked out of my account. Can't pay bills.

I've been on the phone with 2 or 3 different departments already. Now on hold waiting for the fraud department again to see if this can be resolved today.

The branch tells me to come back with two pieces of ID so they can call the fraud department and solve this issue.

Also, it might take an hour for them to even pick up the phone - so I'll need to get comfortable.

After blocking two different e-transfers and requiring me to call them to confirm that yes, I really did want to send my wife money, my account's been blocked.

Can't sign in online, told to visit the branch
