A very specific kind of nostalgia keeps coming back to me every now then - Solving integrals on computer sheets from my 12th grade Calculus textbook, letting the buttery flow of ink through the cushion-y nibs of my pen do the talking. What do they call it these days?.Flow state.
What a strange coincidence to bump into this article, when all day I was thinking about how the unique fingerprint of an individual’s voice and thoughts could be sanded down and smoothed out by LLMs to look more the same. Preserve your quirks

Make core memories. A lot of them.
Run, climb, play — go pick up that sport, & borrow the spirit of @EliudKipchoge’s stride when you need it.
Devour that crispy benne masala dosa in one go before it levels up to your wishlist.

On the upside, glad to have been part of the internet era that valued authenticity and let people share a slice of their no-filter lives over views and likes! .
I miss the innocence of the early blogging days. No trying to monetize your audience. No algorithms. No funnel talk. It was fun and playful. People were genuinely excited to share their weird obsessions and interests. I will forever try to recreate that corner of the internet.
The dangers of Adani's Kattupalli port to Tamil Nadu are immense.
"Development" cannot come at the cost of our environment.

As someone who is fond/big fan of the art of writing, the whole race of AI bots taking over auto-responding to emails is making my eyes flinch! . Now give me a pen, some pigeons and Time Machine. I shalt flee this era 😤
