@DVLAgovuk your phone numbers are unable to help, I've tried desktop and smartphone and it makes me go through all the steps again and confirms my identity is verified but then nothing. How do we change addresses?

@DVLAgovuk is your system down? All I want to do is update the address on my drivers license as I've moved. It's taken ages as the one login app couldnt verify me. All verified now and I have my log in set up but the page times out each time I try. It's never been this difficult!

@LNRailway re:Sunday 14th July and refunds-you’ve actually cancelled my train today to get up to Tamworth and looks like if I do get up there, getting back to London tomorrow will be a nightmare. Am I able to get a full refund for both journeys? It’s a super off peak ticket
