My work studying the roles of newly identified histone mutations in human cancers is out! I've been incredibly lucky to have such an excellent team of scientists, collaborators, and friends working with me on this. Congrats to all!
Histone globular domain mutations can alter fundamental chromatin remodeling processes and cancer-associated pathways, from @jdbagert, @MMMitchener, Tom Muir and colleagues. Readable link at https://t.co/xE4DW7kiSd. https://t.co/f6LFkEmHhZ

Big takeaway from analysis of the effectiveness of government interventions of the Covid pandemic: Limiting gatherings, closing businesses, closing schools, and stay-at-home orders are ALL important for lowering transmission rates (no magic bullet).

I got really excited when I saw the "Translate Tweet" button from Google, but sadly they got the 'language' wrong - Scottish Gaelic, close but no Cys-Ile-Gly-Ala-Arg
After several months and lots of work, our review is finally out!
In it we discuss how 🧬sequencing, 🔬 microscopy, and 🧑🔬 synbio approaches can be used to both understand and engineer chromatin as a dynamic system! @GallowayLabMIT @ChrisPJohnstone

The marvelous and beautiful world of molecular biology. This animation made a big impact on me when it was introduced ~15 years ago: https://t.co/vfjcFK6vPQ
Looks like iPoster is having some trouble keeping up. Here's

I'm on the faculty market this year! Swing by my poster (https://t.co/JPADj15Flq) to learn about the work I've been doing using high-throughput biochemical approaches to study cancer-associated mutations in histone proteins.

Dear #AIChE2020 friends, I made a video for my students & for the wider community @ChEnected about some time saving tips for putting posters or pre-recorded+ presentations into the iPosters required format. Step by step instructions in the video details https://t.co/uec2eVWAup
Trump is giving his RNC speech to a huge crowd, everyone packed together, without masks, while blaming China for not containing COVID-19. It tells you everything you need to know about this administration’s response to this pandemic.
@GrantOB Fun fact: dry ice can’t melt in a bathtub since it goes straight from the solid to the gas phase (skipping the liquid phase). Technically you’d “sublime it in the bathtub”... which sounds like a weird sex thing, ya know what forget I said anything
