@DeanTTraining I actually had to drop Flat Smith because the movement feels unnatural. Love Incline Smith, feels great but Flat Smith just doesn’t feel good personally.

Maybe don’t tell people to drop some exercises and then turn around they’re not “thinking for themselves.”
