@verizonfios is the absolute worst internet service around. The manager Gancel and customer service rep Glory were completely useless. I know to reset my router and to unplug it and plug it back in. The issue is my internet crashing out multiple times a day and they can't solve.

@MBonvoyAssist I just spoke with Emilio J and he said he is the highest level to speak with and can't get me to any other employee within Marriott and anyone with a higher position don't take phone calls from customers.

@MBonvoyAssist My daughter has a mold allergy and @Marriott didn't know or care about this. @MarriottBonvoy didn't care either, I am sure @HiltonHotels would gladly accept my business.

@MBonvoyAssist Already did this and received an email it was done and it wasn't done. None of the issues I had with my stay @Marriott were resolved.
