@GWRHelp at what point is your timetable going to move from fantasy / aspirational to actual. Would be great to be able to depend on you just once for travel but seems increasingly unlikely. Endless issues with points, signals, engines, tracks and staff. Total disgrace!
@British_Airways what’s happening with flight 2741 from Thessaloniki to Gatwick? Appalling customer service with zero information forthcoming and 6+ hour delay. Please provide info ASAP!
@British_Airways In my experience that leads to nothing. You should be proactively getting in touch with everyone on the plane and offering the full £350 comp per person. The delays were nothing to do with weather etc just BA incompetence
@British_Airways It was OBVIOUS 2-3 hours before any communication was made that we would have to leave the airport but you let us hang out with zero comms. Even this morning we had had no update by the time we left the airport. Compensation is required and don’t hide behind “operational”
@British_Airways We got on an earlier flight thanks to waiting on the line with the exec club for over an hour. Having spoken to one of the air hostesses on the plane it seems there was a technical issue on the earlier plane and the fix didn’t work so another plane was needed.
I have always thought of myself as an eclectic visionary and now I’ve got the title to prove it…
