@UberEats - I am disappointed in how you provided a $15 promotion but then it didn’t apply to my order. The app seemed to use it but then I was surprisingly charged. I was then told that it didn’t apply and to “read the fine print.” That is not the way to win loyal customers.

@NueSynergy - I just received an email saying I am unable to make an appeal for a reimbursement from my HRA even though my insurance company and medical provider couldn't finalize my bill before the March 31st deadline. I am losing out on thousands of dollars. Customer service?
