Thanks! Not one prompt, lots of iterations. The first one was something like:

"Entrance animation for a samurai concept site: a diagonal katana slash with anime impact frames, then the samurai flicks the blood off, sheathes the blade and holds an aura-farming pose. Frame by frame anime timing, not 60fps."

Plus reference frames from anime/stickman fight edits. Then I generated the character, assets and a site preview, and hark coded it it piece by piece

@rgerhards 49-58 s every time looks more like a timeout somewhere than a model error. did any of the 9 stuck ones finish after a re-trigger?

@svemyh the agents coordinating schemas mid-session part is the interesting bit. how do you handle two agents editing the same migration at once?

CLAUDE.md rules are advisory. Claude can still skip them.

If something must happen every single time, like running eslint after each edit or blocking writes to your migrations folder, use a hook instead.

Hooks are scripts that run at set points in Claude's workflow, so the action is guaranteed. You can even ask Claude to write the hook for you.

@BralyxDigital @hark_labs the Cursor/Grok Bot ceiling is wild - i run hark as a design agent and it never flakes on me either (just used it to build an animated samurai site with a frame-by-frame anime intro and a swipe-to-cut minigame) and the usage headroom is actually usable for real work 🔥
