@mrlevine my car is at the dealer waiting,… as am I, for an adequate response. Please help win my confidence back in the brand I believe in so much that I bought equity in when everyone else was selling. Thank you.
@mrlevine as a good Ford customer (my last 2 cars were a 2018 Focus RS, and a 2020 Expedition) who has been forced to try and juggle family driving duties with one car, I’d just like some answers.
Why a part that is readily available is has taken almost have a year to receive.
@mrlevine if I can’t get my airbag I’d like at the very least to have someone tell me exactly why. At such an established and CX-focused institution as Ford, there must be someone who can do that.
@mrlevine
Kindly, it’s been over 5 months now I’ve been waiting for an airbag.
Not a microchip, an airbag.
I’m beside myself trying to understand why no one in the world can explain why we don’t know where exactly the airbags are and when exactly I will be getting mine?
@jimfarley98@Ford@jimfarley98 I wish I could do some range tests too. It’s been FIVE MONTHS I’ve been waiting for an airbag to arrive at my dealer so they can release my #bronco. What possible reason could there be?!
@mrlevine@mrlevine wish I was there to join you. Coming up to FIVE MONTHS waiting for an airbag to come to the dealership so they can release my #bronco. What possible reason could there be?!

Part number revealed & ordered. Nothing since then.
@mrlevine I’m obviously disgruntled. I don’t mean to disrespect you, but I don’t know what’s left to do. And more importantly, I don’t know why it’s happening. Please let me know why I can’t get an airbag more quickly.
Weston Ford, Toronto.
@mrlevine Sometimes the buying experience doesn’t stop at the dealership .. @Ford has stalled sending my bronco’s malfunctioning airbag’s replacement for 3 months! @mrlevine
@mrlevine @RuyNeutronStar I see a #bronco in that photo. Where’d it get a working airbag? I thought @Ford was out of them because my bronco has been sitting at the dealer for 3 months… 🤔
@mrlevine I guess the #bronco has a working airbag. I wonder where he got it from? I thought @Ford was out of them..🤔. I’ve been waiting for mine for 3 months now. #DoBetter
@William68318296@jimfarley98@Ford It’s not a parts issue. It’s a logistics issue. They have airbags. They’re building new broncos everyday and people who have ordered well after me are getting deliveries. Because it’s a logistical issue, the issue falls squarely on the shoulders of @Ford
