@British_Airways Received a case # and claim got rejected as I’m claiming for a diversion, not a delay, which doesn’t seem possible to through the form as that isn’t a diversion drop down option. So I don’t even know if I’m in the queue properly hence wanting to speak to someone.
@British_Airways would be great to speak to someone about my claim for being diverted to a different airport. I tried to raise a claim, as BA advised, and it has been rejected. This may be because your form wouldn’t let me select “diverted” instead of “delayed”? Please advise.
@British_Airways Hi Alex, I did over a week ago now and still yet to receive any sort of acknowledgement or response. Would be great to speak to someone. Thanks

@British_Airways been trying to message through DM and just spent ages on hold to get through to someone to discuss how we can arrange for an infant to have their own seat and then got cut off the call. Please can someone get in touch to call or message me back?
@jayrayner1 Hi Jay, I saw you collecting info on restaurants opening a few months back - would you happen to know whether AW at Westbury will be reopening at some point? Seen no communication and google has it marked as “permanently closed”. Thanks, Jake
If everyone who is grateful for NHS staff right now followed and retweeted, we would reach a million by midnight.
It will take just two seconds to do, and you can help us share important information that could help save lives.
@metline Why does it take so long for there to be a communication about a delayed (or usually worse) service so people can make alternative travel arrangements? Photo taken from the start of the line at Aldgate waiting for any westbound tube. Doesn’t look like a “good service” to me...
