@SenTomCotton Just pick one or the other. We will adapt. Congress has not acted because there is no financial interest. This is a logical, easy concept. Just act one way or the other. I don’t care either way. Ridiculous to still be discussing this issue.
@OhioTate Gift the funds to the donee such that the gifts don’t exceed the annual gift exclusion.
Again not a professional option, seek professional advice from your legal and tax professional.
@OhioTate A little different take: not professional advice, but maybe confirm with your accountant. Consider the cash receipts from the donors as individual gifts to you. As long as the individual gifts are under the annual gift exclusion, nothing to report. Then you turn around and
@TaxSouthwest Agreed. Our policy is to include them, on the off chance that a member/shareholder “might” need the info. That way we don’t have to disrupt the process if the member/shareholder requests them. I have not had a request…. Yet.
Training my biggest model ever at 270,339 parameters to solve the inverted triple pendulum that I had Grok 4.5 build
Trained once last night and found a bug right when it finished. 10 million step run solved at around 8.6 million steps last night. Hopefully run 2 is better

@FortWayneCPA Do you upload through your Tax Pro account or fax in bulk? We get stuck when sending in POAs. The Service simply refuses to process. Thanks for your reply!
@FortWayneCPA In the year 2026, we should be able to electronically file a basted 2848 like we do a tax return. We should also be able to Docusign and submit a blasted 2848, easily! Unbelievable.
@colecubelic Sorry about that Cole. You got this. Looking forward to the next TNDN podcast.

@bsuecannon@stephaniebice AMEN! Preach sister! One adjustment I would make is to keep the deadlines for W2’s, 1099’s, etc the same. Consolidated 1099 deadline at 3/15, no extensions. That way if older and simple taxpayers can still file. The compression is outrageous!
@EddyFurniss@WillFurniss I enjoyed watching your son play the game with respect and class throughout the tournament. You and your wife should be very proud of your son.
