Hi, I'm Felix. I'm an eng lead working on Claude. I love watching people take flight and do things they never thought possible.
We often describe that as "being more ambitious" when using AI, which is tricky advice to follow. I wrote a tutorial:

My conversation with David Vélez (@velez_david), founder and CEO of Nubank.
The last time we did this was five years ago, and Nubank had 35 million customers. Today it has over 140 million, and it has just announced it's coming to the US.
David now talks about expanding to 100 countries and reaching a billion customers.
We discuss:
- State and future of global banking
- Agents as a customer segment
- Going from one direct report to 20
- How he's rebuilding the company with AI
- Where fintech opportunities remain
- The end of cash
- Founder v CEO, great leadership, and finding the right mission
Enjoy!

@drhsalazar Pero así estaban en el mundial y fue en Estados Unidos 😮💨 desde el punta de vista lógico esto demuestra nada más que los haitianos se mueven por su selección.
Aunque sabemos y no tapamos la realidad del país que es la que es
"why did VCs miss a market worth $100 billion hiding in plain sight
they measured demand, not friction suppressing it, friction shapes markets more than demand alone
remove friction, market appears"
I just read what Zuck wrote about Muse connectors.
A few things I think this means:
1. We’re witnessing the agentification of consumer apps.
2. Zuck believes Muse reaching 100M+ users feels entirely possible.
3. Whoever you connect to becomes your new landlord, so pick carefully.
4. Connectors become the new app listings (valuable real estate).
5. Being early could be as valuable as being early to the App Store in 2009.
6. Meta sees what people want, which providers convert, and what users will pay. That gives it the power to rank connectors, charge for distribution, and launch competing services.
7. The opportunity map includes agent native APIs, connector agencies, SEO for agents, identity and reliability infrastructure, and vertical connector marketplaces.
8. We’re moving from humans choosing apps to agents choosing businesses.
9. Every business will need an agent strategy, just like every business needed a mobile strategy.
10. Kinda crazy to say but a 3 person API company could reach 10M+ users through one great connector.
11. Connectors could create an entirely new second-order economy. The biggest opportunity may be helping businesses distribute, price, and optimize their services for agents.
12. Your API becomes more important than your app. Weird to think about but true.
13. Zuck wants Muse to own the moment between wanting something and getting it. He is coming for the app economy. Will he win? Right now it's Instinct vs Muse vs Grokbot. TBD.
Lazy work used to mean too little output.
Now, with AI, it often means too much and more work for everyone else.
@tobi call it "slop grenades."
A "Slop Grenade" is when you let AI produce the work and pass it on without adding any value (including checking it).
Someone else has to wade through it, catch the mistakes, and clean up the mess.
You save time and look productive but someone else pays for it.
