Elon has always said, “The factory is the product.”

I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that Tesla designs the most efficient chip factory in the world if they build their Terafab.

The highest-output chip factory in the world, measured by monthly wafer production capacity, is TSMC’s Fab 18 in Taiwan (estimated 125,000+ wafers per month when fully ramped).

Plus, Elon has been spending a lot of time inside Samsung’s fab in Texas for AI5, there’s no doubt he’s analyzing things to find ways to improve output.
