@SrChmiel4 @bringumybullets I'm trying to add more magnesium to my diet... adderall was fantastic during therapy but it was going to 'splode my heart so no go there. Alcohol is a stop gap sometimes but I want the fuck out of that cycle. It's all fixing the dopamine dips and it sucks.
