On the left you can see one of the covered motorized walkways to Cesars and on the right you can’t because it’s a different angle. They didn’t photoshop it out. They just chose a new angle to block it. 🤣

@VBPD Issue civil citations, they are clearly making lighting trespass and likely violating noise ordinances. Just because it doesn’t rise to the level of criminal action doesn’t mean you do nothing. Besides, last I checked, “disturbing the peace” was criminal and at your discretion.
