@Plinz We're also possibly at a historically unique inflection point where no one this old has been able to take their last grasps at leading an enormous country before. In four years or eight years from now, the current situation might not be possible due to the passing generation
@webdevMason Kind of what Kamala said to Anderson on CNN after the debate. “It doesn’t matter how he appears on stage, it matters how the country is being run”
@sentientist That’s a little bit different though, wealthy people building bunkers have billions and are anxious that they’re not spending enough of their money on something practical. Most people given 3M in the Bay Area would buy the house they could never afford
The 6-foot social distancing guidance made finishing the final two years of my PhD (in a virology and gene therapy program) exceptionally unproductive as well as a complete and utter hell. I'll never forget those times.

The lunch presentation of @CapsidaBio at #ASGCT2023 … just wow. They’re changing the game. It’s great to see amazing minds accomplishing amazing things
@RNAiAnalyst I watched most of the FDA AC stream yesterday. Besides the FDA, there were only a few physicians and health policy analysts that took a position against accelerated approval. I think we’d be hard pressed to find DMD parents that want to wait for a better AAV to be approved
