@Razer In Jul 2021 I bought my most expensive laptop with the highest level of warranty that covers everything (incl damage) through 2024.

The trackpad stopped working.

They refused the claim based on when the problem started. Really?

It's under review.

Car quit. 3/4 tank. On side of road. Previously had to jump battery twice in 45 minutes. Alternator fine, but dirty DC probably causing many electrical problems. Wouldn't authorize towing to shop or battery replacement. Now at hotel, stuck.

Car ticketed.
