Just got done listening to Harold Hamm, the King of US oil, on @BloombergTV with @lisaabramowicz1 and @FerroTV. He echoed Exxon's Darren Woods who talked about being careful to invest. Hamm talked about people getting burned. He said they would have to have guarantees to be there. Asked why America is not building a reserve like China?
