@tobi Roughly 90–98% of deaths in older adults (typically age 65+) are from previously known progressive or terminal conditions rather than sudden/unexpected events. (from Grok). My dad recently went through this. There is friction. Bedridden and no quality of life is not living.
@tobi@sandeeptodi I would guess the payroll requirements of the Canadian government were beyond human understanding. Only explanation. They were replacing hundreds of old systems that were black boxes and trying to replicate their output. Should have fixed the requirements first obviously.
