I’ve flown American for 21 years. At least 4 flights a month religiously. I really don’t know what’s happening this year but my team and I are about to give up our status to switch to delta. I shit you not… EVERY FLIGHT THIS YEAR is late, delayed, needs maintenance at the last minute or is straight up canceled.
