You can’t be a law-maker and a law-breaker. The Prime Minister has denied time and again that he did anything wrong.

He has clearly broken the laws he made and asked people to follow. People are angry and upset. I don’t see how someone in this position can carry on.

@BritishGasHelp As expected after the usual back and forth you’ve only wasted my time and offered no help, assurance or compensation for the stress caused and installing an unsafe boiler that doesn’t work. I will be complaining to @ofgem

Hey @BritishGas me again! One of your own engineers was forced to admit the boiler you installed 6 days ago hasn’t been done to regulations and is unsafe. It also does not work. He left this nice little sign to stick on it… I wonder what @ofgem would make of this? 🤔

@BritishGasHelp To be clear the boiler was installed last Wednesday… aren’t they supposed to last ~15 years? Not 12 hours? And aren’t they supposed to safe and installed to certain regulations?

@BritishGasHelp I will be informing @ofgem of how terrible the customer service has been and how @BritishGas has installed an unsafe boiler that did not work and left me in the cold for a week.

Thanks to family members for dropping off radiators so I can keep warm and letting me use their showers because @BritishGas your boiler that you installed less than a week ago has failed again… so I’ve had less than 1.5 days warmth in 6 days. It’s complaint to @ofgem time!
