So for the longest of time I've used the same Google Account with the same debit card for 2 monthly subscriptions and for whatever reason, only 1 of the 2 subscriptions was charged, leaving the other subscription outstanding. Upon noticing this I proceeded to ensure the funds were available and retried multiple times via Google Play. It was not taking the funds for the Subscription.

I decided that if for whatever odd reason it wasn't accepting the card even tho the previous subscription had already been charged, I would buy 15 USD worth of Play Balance and then pay the subscription and choose the 15USD Play Balance as the payment method, only to get an error that you can't pay with Play Balance outside the United States.

Why would they let you buy the Play Balance but then when you go to use it, tell you that you can't? I proceeded to request a refund using the available feature from the help center and it was automatically declined due to there being a policy that strictly prevents refunds from being made for purchased Google Play Balance.

I since contacted my bank and was able to pay for the subscription on the vendor's website but should it have been an issue to begin with affecting the card, it wouldn't of deducted the first subscription, not would it have let me use it to purchase the 15USD of Play Balance.

Now I'm essentially left with a Google Play Balance of 15USD that I can't even use.

Not saying I'm leaving Google, it's a huge part of my lifestyle but this was not pleasant, the 15USD is there, just take it back or let me use it.

@ProtonSupport hi I have changed locations and new device and was setting up a recovery email address when I was locked out. I get no way to attempt to recover the account. I possess a recovery phrase, creation date, and creation details. All I get is a form to fill out but no response. How can I get some help to recover my email account?

@Cartidise What did you expect? Make the background color pink, not give the ability to view the battery percentage in the status bar, and while we're at it, make the wifi/mobile data icon right smack in the middle and give it a neon green flashing effect yo it.
