Today I have written to @bbcwatchdog to explain that @wickes have started installing a bathroom for me in feb 25 & have just cancelled the reinstall date of 30th June. Months worth of negotiation and stress. How can David Wood ceo claim he wants his customers to be 'house proud'?
Do not get your bathroom From @wickes Customer experience 2date is shocking. They can't deliver what they promise and then try to offer an alternative that is like offering toilet paper as substitute for cheese in your weekly shop. Steer clear. #poordesign#zeroaccountability

@Ofcom We have a young adult #JackOSullivan missing for over 6mths. Family are trying to piece together his phone’s last locations. Phone & account are both in his mother’s name but EE refuse to share cell data or say why. Police apparently cannot but say EE should. Can you help?

CCTV footage we have has helped piece together Jack’s route but cell site data wld confirm his phone’s route & add to what we know.
It’s VITAL to have this information but EE won’t give it up. On what legal grounds they haven’t said.

@askesure i rang your customer services friday. No joy. Rang saturday and was on hold for 35 mins before they answered and I was told you would call me back when system back on...no call back. Ive written 2 urgent emails to you and had no response. I am overdrawn because of you!
