@virginmedia I've gotten married and I'm trying to change my name with yourselves and your mobile department but there's no contact number ANYWHERE on the websites and I have to download, print off, fill in and post a form back along with ID and proof! A little 1990s isn't it?!

So, the only reason I have a home delivery from @Tesco is for 12kg dry dog food. It's out of stock, with no replacements in the whole store 😡 No problems, I'll order from somewhere else that can offer help/subs to a non driver!! #joke #disappointed #wasteoftime

So seeing @RoyalMailHelp haven't replied to the information they asked for and my parcels haven't been delivered after booking a redelivery for the 4th time, I've had to take a day off work just to go to the Post Office 😡
