@AskTarget never received my package even though it says it was delivered. Chatted with reps on the app which proved to be very unhelpful. What happened to customer service? And tracking numbers? I will NEVER order from Target online again.
@FedEx Please tell me why I received a package from you today, yet another one that has been delayed more than a week still wasn’t able to be delivered?!?! Four days in a row that you “attempted” delivery, getting hung up on by supervisors…wow…seriously worst customer service
@fedex wow, you’ve reached a whole new level of incompetence. A week delayed package. “Delivery attempts” made while I was home for two days in a row. Two different supervisors hung up on my husband when he called. I can guarantee I will never use you again. The absolute worst.
@FedExHelp seriously so irritated with @FedEx. After being delayed for an entire WEEK, it was supposed to be delivered today. I was IN my driveway at the “attempted delivery” time and I get a text saying they couldn’t deliver because I wasn’t home?!!! 😡😡😡
@FedExHelp was told package would be delivered today after being delayed 5 days. No update on tracking, still says pending. Asked if I could just pick it up being so close to my house and told it would delay it even more? How is this possible? Worst service ever.
@FedExHelp package is delayed…supposed to be delivered on 10/6, then 10/8, now, no date available and delivery date says pending. Saw fedex drive by my house 3 times today. Still no update…I’d go pick it up from their warehouse if it was an option. Already sent DM, no answer.
@PotteryBarnKids I am not able to send you a DM, so I emailed support. I hope this can get fixed quickly because I don't want the lunchbox to get worse!
