@asksalesforce I need help with Salesforce Advanced Feedback Management/Surveys - How can I share Response records with other internal users? I've shared the survey and the invitation but my coworkers still can't see the responses. What am I missing?

@asksalesforce I have some ideas about using fields on the Accounts to do this, but am wondering if there are any best practices others have run across or are recommending.
@asksalesforce Thank you, but not really. The question is more like "I have records for Account A and Account B. The company represented by Account B changes it's name. What's the best way to manage this name change to not lose ability to search by old name and new name?"
@asksalesforce Also in that same situation, now the newly named company behind Account B has bought and absorbed the company behind Account A. I have history with the company that I want to be able to search for while still knowing it's now part of Account B.
We're donating 50K trees to @ArborDay. While this year's #EarthDay may look different than most, we can all still make a difference:

@asksalesforce Any Email 2 Case gurus out there know if we can set up E2C process to NOT create cases for emails received from designated domains (ie: internal users), ideally so we could send them an automated reply instead of creating a case?
A little birdie told me that IQVIA is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Salesforce Lead BA. (Available for remote applicants, too.)
I got to work with IQVIA last year and they were great at supporting their BAs!
