@scottdavisCRE @chadludeman now that you mention it, jackson hole mountain resort might be close too. the main resort core is a standard hotel, but there are a handful of “neighborhoods” orbiting the core that are more townhomes and condos.

@chadludeman i’m sure there’s a market for it, but personally and urbanisticlly, i deeply oppose the current trend of de-densifying hotels and hospitality
