I can’t help but see the symbolism in this beyond food…

The old dietary pyramid quite literally mirrored the power structure we’ve lived under for decades: the masses at the bottom fed cheap grains and filler, while the elite sat comfortably at the top with access to what was actually nourishing.

Now the pyramid has been turned upside down. What was once scarce and reserved is brought back to the centre, and what was over-emphasised is reduced. To me, this isn’t just a nutritional correction, it’s a quiet metaphor for the exciting times we’re in; the inversion of a broken hierarchy, the slow collapse of an elite-heavy system, and a rebalancing that finally puts human health, truth, and the many above the interests of the few.

Father, You are wise, and You are the One who holds the scroll of history in Your hands. Nothing escapes Your sight. Nothing moves without Your permission. Nothing rises or falls outside Your sovereign will.

Lord, we feel the trembling of the earth. the uncertainty, the cries of creation groaning for redemption. And yet, through all of it, You remain seated and unshaken. You remind me that judgment is not chaos, it is clarity. It is the world being set right again.

God, like the souls under the altar, I lift my own cry to You. How long, O Lord? How long until You bring justice to what is broken? How long until You silence evil, restore what has been taken, and vindicate those who stand for truth? Give me patience to wait in faith. Give me endurance when the world feels dark. Give me courage when righteousness seems costly.

Clothe me, as You clothed the martyrs, with the white robe of Your grace. Let me rest in the promise that You have not forgotten, not one cry, not one tear, not one injustice. Help me trust that Your timing is perfect, that Your judgments are righteous, and that Your kingdom will come exactly as You have declared.

Until that day, make me faithful. Make me bold. Make me steady. Let me stand firm in the Lamb who opened the seals, the Lamb who was slain, and the Lamb who will reign forever.

In a stunning revelation, RFK Jr. lays bare the hidden motives behind the aggressive suppression of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine during the COVID-19 pandemic. Leading experts, including Yale’s Harvey Risch and Dr. Peter McCullough (the most published physician in his field), have treated tens of thousands of COVID patients successfully with these drugs. Their conclusion, backed by data: Half a million American lives could have been saved.
