@honeybeesHFS@ladybirdsHFS Okay, this gives a whole lot more clarity to the discussions we've had this evening about, "I ate ice today and it's yummy" 😂
@REDDriving Seeing as it looks like your FB Page doesn’t allow visitor posts unless they’re congratulating someone passing, I’ll just leave this here...
@PostOffice Very impressed with your travel insurance service. Had to add a condition last minute and it was very easy and no additional charges. Fab customer service. Thank you!
Also there is an awesome and very generous giveaway happening at Your Write Dream including @awheeler2017’s #AsrianSkies and @jenniferabull’s writer scene cards from @apaperscientist.

.@HMRCgovuk Received gift, was charged customs on amount below threshold, sent in claim form Nov 17 and heard nothing. Emailed Feb 18, was asked for docs and resent electronically, heard nothing. All emails (4-5 sent asking for reply) are being ignored. Very rude. Can you help?
@HMRCcustomers Not to mention they’re clearly not processing this. It was sent in Nov 17. Seven months ago. I’ve sent all the original docs in so I cant resend them. Very clearly they’re just ignoring it because there is no other recourse except “write to them” (so they can ignore you)
@HMRCcustomers Yes, all original evidence, including a letter from the sender was sent with that letter. It was also resubmitted electronically when I contacted HMRC in Feb at their request. Since then I’ve heard nothing.
@HMRCcustomers Just checked. It was Parcelforce. Customs charge was £19.15 total. Value was declared as $20, which converts to just under £15. Shipping cost was about $35.
