5 years post knee surgery (@markbowditch65 you may remember!) I finally got myself a running medal & I ran the whole 5k; the furthest & fastest I have run non stop since Feb 2019. 👏👏

@MenoScandal @MHRAgovuk Been on O& P for over a year. ‘Stable’ for 12 months. Issued the French import 2 weeks ago. Knew of issues; but kept +ve head. Brain & emotional symptoms returned. Pharmacist told me “they’re the same” - I cried & left. 😥

@BBCNowShow My daughter once ordered (in a Little Chef!) a pancake, with chocolate spread and a sausage. She rolled up the sausage in the chocolate covered pancake and ate it all up. We’ve never let her forget it!
