“We’ve effectively walked away from our business in Russia.” Western oil giants spent decades building inroads to Russia. Those collaborations collapsed after the Ukraine invasion, leaving no clear path to recoup billions of dollars. https://t.co/CVfy3M142R
‘I have asked 27 European leaders whether Ukraine will be in NATO .... Everyone is afraid, no one answers,’ Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said in a late night speech https://t.co/Tco566qKpI
Leaders goal: Lead from a position of faith, even in a challenging season. Faith has a powerful foundation because it’s focus is Jesus, it’s hope is His Word, and it’s outcome is miracles.
Every new day is a new opportunity. Every new challenge is a chance to overcome. Every new experience is an opportunity to grow. Don’t despise the new things that are in front of you. #thebestisyettocome
Leaders goal: Stay grounded in the vision God gave you, even when progress is slow. Don’t allow disappointments or frustrations to draw you into alternate plans or reactionary decisions.
Leaders goal: A flower starts tightly closed but in it’s season it looks to the sun and blossoms. In tough times, don’t close off but look to the Son and bloom again.
Stand up.
Stand tall.
Stand strong.
Stand firm.
Stand resolute.
Stand steadfast.
Stand faithful.
Stand persistent.
Stand committed.
“..and having done all, still stand.”
3 things I've learned in September:
1. having people around that you can rely on for emotional support is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
2. when shit happens, there are only three things you can do. leave, change, or embrace it.
The death u’re trying to keep alive will enrich the growth & lives of others. He intends to lead you to a dead place & leave you there.
Those times when u think He’s burrying u - He was actually planting you.🌱
This kind of loss is unamginable. To all of you who choose to party, walk out of your home without a mask, disregard the severity of this virus, it can happen to you too. Wishing her and her brother my absolute best during such a saddening time.
