Hari ini saya telah mengadakan pertemuan bersama Human Rights Watch. Ini merupakan pertemuan berkala yang saya jemput bagi mendapatkan laporan langsung dan pandangan daripada badan NGO tersebut.

Saya dengar secara teliti beberapa perkara yang disampaikan oleh En Jerald Joseph, Mantan Komisioner SUHAKAM dan Puan Bryony Lau, Ketua HRW Asia .

Saya juga telah sampaikan beberapa pandangan terkait dengan perkara yang sering dibangkitkan oleh Human Right Watch sebelum ini. Saya bersedia untuk memberi kerjasama jika segala isu yang dibangkitkan itu dikemukakan bersama-sama bukti yang kukuh. Insya-Allah saya juga telah mengajak HRW untuk sama-sama membantu dalam perkara yang melibatkan hal ehwal depo tahanan dan beberapa perkara yang lain.
