Lighting company owner. $200k → $1.5M projected in 10 months by building my own CRM, cash flow and follow-up systems with AI. Now I build them for other owners.
In 10 months I took my lighting company from $200k a year to a projected $1.5 million a year.
Not by having conversations with AI. I used it to build and optimize the actual machine: website, SEO, ad targeting, accounting, the CRM that runs my whole sales pipeline.
If you're still using AI to write captions while your competitors are using it to rebuild their entire operation, you're already behind. Most people doing this wrong deserve to lose.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a plumber, accountant, or in retail. If you’re not using AI now, you WILL fall behind.
I made this page specifically to help business owners maximize their returns.
Are you using AI yet?
@AuraicPulse@bot Results are pretty damn good. Grok bot is pretty efficient, much better than Claude. Obviously the constant logging in and 2FA stuff is tiring like it is with all of these tools but this one was much more independent than others
Yeah Grok @bot is pretty cool.
My company https://t.co/a1nM14QD8q is using at as a management tool.
Up top is my personal assistant bot. It communicates directly to me and tells the other bots what to do.
App bot is turning my custom coded CRM into a Google play and Apple application.
Dev Bot is pulling my code from GitHub and making edits when the other bots find room for improvement. For instance my Ads bot just requested an API for Google Ads editing
Marketing bot is mapping out a holiday posting schedule for my social media accounts and utilizing photos and real life reviews for my company to create AI original videos and slide shows with real content.
Ads bot manages my Google and meta ads, fixing quality scores, keywords, reporting, etc.
Accounting bot uses a plugin (read only) to pull my financials and balances that with my companies QuickBooks invoicing to create cash flow reports, PnL’s, expenses, etc.
SEO bot does daily audits to improve my overall standing, today I had it setup my website for Muse interactions.
Email bot drafts replies to all my emails, organizes and archives repetitive emails, and clears spam.
Inventory bot created an algorithm to track my product usage weekly and send me reports so I know what I need to buy to replenish stock.
I did this in one day. 4 hours maybe.
I switched from Claude to @bot today and all I have to say is… WOW
I’ve done more in 45 minutes here than I did in 2 weeks chasing my tail with @claudeai
Claude sucks lol Grokbot is insane
Accountants are in big trouble, right?
I'm kind of wondering if I even need my business accountant anymore at this point.
AI can easily handle this type of work.
I'll keep working with him, because he's a great guy - but just being realistic...
Abacus deep agent for the website build. Prompted towards SEO optimization.
Claude for Google ads setup and optimization towards your service.
More intricate than this… more steps… but the formula is simple.
You can code a full scale SEO machine with deep agent and refine it cheaper with Claude
Social security isn’t a hand out.
It’s money the government stole from you…
Then they give it back to you in small payments for without accounting for interest and inflation 😂
@MoneyQuotesX I own https://t.co/4GmqG7fAXZ you know those lights you see popping up on every home in your neighborhood that change colors? I do that.
We are expanding into multiple markets in January and did 1.5 mil in revenue this year
If you’re struggling to refine your Google ads, Facebook ads, customer follow ups, email marketing, accounting, review requests for customers, etc.
AI can fix it. I’ve audited and completely automated 3 companies in the last 7 days.
Cost per lead halved, cost per close halved, reviews went 10x compared to the previous 7 days, accounting and cash flow fully automated and organized.
Killed 3 ad campaigns: landscape lighting, patio, security cameras. All three looked fine in the ad dashboard. None made money once I looked at closed jobs instead of clicks. Now they're cross-sells on the main install. Your ad platform grades its own homework. Your CRM doesn't.
@Codie_Sanchez The dark nights for me were all the same night: installers paid within 48 hours, customers paying whenever the invoice didn't land in spam, and no idea what the number in between was. Built a system that gives me one cash number every morning. Still pray. Just not about that.
Your invoice goes out 3 or 4 days after the job. Mine goes out the second the contract is signed, before the truck leaves the driveway. That gap is your cash flow problem, not your sales problem. It took one automation to close it. Ask me how
