Repatha’s withdrawal from Denmark is best understood as an early signal of the impact of Most Favored Nation drug pricing proposals in the US. When low-price foreign markets become linked to large U.S. markets, access disruptions are a predictable risk. | Forefront

@Flipsteeler It seems conceivable to game plan against quick release QBs with tight press coverage or trap coverage. I'm wondering if it's poor playcalling, poor execution, or not the right personnel that has left the Steelers vulnerable to these quick throws.
@Flipsteeler I do wonder if the Steelers supposed lack of embrace of data analytics is hurting their scouting and drafting. Which I actually think is a big issue with the Steelers-embracing technology.
@Flipsteeler I agree with your grades. Although I would put a conditional D to the 2025 draft. I think the sophomore years when you really get sense of what you got in players. KC did pretty bad the last few years he was here IMO
@Flipsteeler@steelers Frankly, I would be willing to trade any of the three back ups, as long as the price is fair. What kind of trade value can Mason Rudolph get? Mason+7th for a 3rd-since he's on 2yr contract? Is that pie in the sky?
@Flipsteeler I think Ramsey is a better CB than JPJ. Ultimately if the objective is a Super Bowl, you need the best personnel on the field. That said, I think there’s a strategy to let Thornhill and JPJ start with the ability to shuffle around, depending on performance and injuries

Fact check: True
This loophole encourages companies to move production and profits offshore even when selling to American consumers at the expense of domestic firms and workers. Closing it would create American jobs and raise $70 billion over 10 years.
Here's how it works:
Companies transfer IP created in the US to a foreign sub in a tax haven. This foreign affiliate uses the IP when manufacturing goods overseas that are then sold back into the US market. In effect, the IP’s value has “round-tripped” from the US to another country and then returned to the US as revenue from sales, avoiding taxes.
This strategy is prevalent in sectors that combine complex manufacturing chains with outsized profit-making opportunity in the US — such as the pharma industry. The TCJA closed some, but not all, of this incentive. It must be fixed in the TCJA extension.
@ASaunders_PGH@Flipsteeler Arthur Smith presumably wants to run the ball. Our oline did not open up many holes. I think we are pretty committed at LT, RT, and C. Adding a stud to the line improves offense now but also set up a future franchise QB. I think McCormick is OK but not great
Great example of confounding that affects retrospective studies. This one seems rather obvious, both low-birth weight and/or prematurity should have accounted for in some way.
@Flipsteeler@DFP0524 DK is about winning now. So is TJ. When we are looking at options now, we have to think about winning now or next year. That's it?
