Inside our wool coat factory in Bacheng, China 🧥 — from fabric panels to finished coats on the rack. This is where wholesale coats actually get made.
B2B inquiries welcome in the comments.
One IG review: a $118 "wool" Chesterfield = 52% wool / 40% polyester.
Buyers read labels, not titles:
1. Label beats the title
2. Name the fiber -- "vegan wool" is polyester
3. No lab report, no deposit

Buyers don't buy grey. They buy control.
Quiet grey, a sculpted collar, a waist defined in one clean line. The quieter the coat, the louder the reorder.
What's the first detail YOU check on a supplier's product video?

BURGUNDY IS THE NEW BLACK — but buyers don't buy a slogan. They buy pairings:
+ CAMEL = quiet luxury
+ CHOCOLATE = rich
+ GRAY = power dressing
+ IVORY = effortless chic

@izraels98 Right — and the hidden bill is the prep fee. If a multipack gets split at FC check-in, Amazon charges per-unit prep on top of the delay. We photograph every multipack bundle before cartons seal, so there's proof it shipped as one unit.
FBA Black Friday deadlines are Oct 21 (minimal splits) / Oct 28 (Amazon-optimized) — arrival dates, not ship dates. Peak surcharge ($0.32/unit avg) has been live since Oct 15 and storage is $2.40/cu ft. If you haven't re-run your per-unit math this week, you're pricing blind.

Camel overcoat with plush-trimmed collar and belted waist — soft drape, clean lines, made for golden-hour streets. A quiet seller for FW collections.

@theonlyhaitham Factory-side add: many brands let factories supply the main image and get a recycled 3D render. Spend $200-300 on a real photo shoot showing scale and fabric detail. That single image is cheaper than any ad and decides the click.
@iamkollossol@BowTiedBroke Factory-side note: FBA receiving disputes are won on paper before the shipment leaves China. Require your supplier to send a packing list with per-carton counts plus photos of the sealed cartons. That file is what wins the missing-unit reimbursement claim.
@theonlyhaitham Factory-side take: most Amazon's Choice losses I see start with a stockout that began at the factory, not at FBA. Keep 4-6 weeks of buffer stock with your supplier and reorder at 60 days of cover. That protects the badge better than any price tweak.
@pella_ika_ 275GSM is heavyweight — standard tees sit at 160-200GSM, so the weight is a good sign. Factory-side check: ask for the fabric composition test report before going bulk. Plenty of 1688 listings say pure cotton but ship a poly blend, and the report is free to request.
@jake_rm_ Factory-side note: most of our UK buyers ship DDP into FBA, so VAT is already baked into the factory-gate price. The real shift is paperwork — register your VAT and EORI numbers in Seller Central now, or you'll pay VAT at import and again when Amazon collects it.
@jake_rm_ These virtual multipacks pull from your existing single-pack FBA stock. If a multipack undercuts your main listing on price per unit, it can cannibalize the Buy Box. Audit the VMP_ ASINs before Nov 10 and delete any that break your pricing ladder.
Your coat's GSM knows your retail price:
400-500gsm: $180-240 DTC
550-650gsm: $260-380 boutique
700-800gsm: $420-620 premium
Ask for the GSM report before the deposit.

@ecommercejack From the factory side: the invoice games hurt honest factories too — we get asked to understate values weekly and refuse. Buyers chasing the cheapest landed-cost quote don't realize their forwarder is cooking the books. Ask for the CBP entry copy; honest ones share it.
@chris_fba4u@amznsellerhelp File reimbursement claims now — AWD cases go cold once shipments age past ~60 days and the claim window closes. Keep a live sheet: shipment ID, units sent vs received, dates. Most sellers leave real money in the pile by never reconciling. Check monthly, not quarterly.
@itsScottNeedham From the factory side: we print QR inserts for buyers daily, and 35% is the top 1% — typical is 2-5%. What moves the needle: print the code on the outer box (not a loose insert) with a concrete reward. Loose inserts get binned before the QR is ever seen.
@chris_fba4u MCF outside the US is still an afterthought for Amazon's network. Keep your MCF buffer separate from FBA safety stock — flag 15-20% of inbound units for MCF-designated FCs. When one network chokes, the other still ships. Learned this the hard way in 2024.
