@LNER Honestly, the staff just don’t seem bothered at all. Items are available when they look, they just didn’t want to. Even had a glass of cold tea taken from our table be dumped on another table, only for next customer to find it 20 mins later all over the table when they boarded
@LNER what’s going on with your first class food offer? Currently on the train to London from Durham, and the usual constant flow of tea, biscuits and snacks has been replaced with a cold cup of tea and having to ask for a biscuit many times before it appeared… #notuptoscratch
@LNER And seems to be at focus on getting people a bacon sandwich, and then forgetting about them. Definitely not the LNER first class experience I expect or am used to. (2of2)
@LNER This may be the case, however staff are definitely not offering up all of the options on the deli menu like they did previously. Compared to my trip in May this is terrible. Very infrequent offers of another drink (1of2)
@mischiefcomedy A Bridget jones inspired character - always writing in her diary, everything doesn’t work out for her and unlucky in love #MischiefMovieNightIn
A call to action from @mikewheatley1 for everyone at the conference today to join in to continue the movement for recovery to flourish! #PrisonRecovery
A great round up of the day from @DaveKing1HH as well as an insight into how the day came about - it’s been a truly amazing, inspiring day! Well done to everyone involved in making it happen.... so when’s Recovery in Prisons conference 2021?! #PrisonRecovery#wehaveadream
Great to hear from @lindaha123 on her experiences of medicines in recovery, as well how we need to ensure we work together to get the most out of a person and enable them to progress on the path to recovery #PrisonRecovery
