@WashingtonCOG Yes! Both Adobe and Davinci have that option. These are both industry-standard programs and you can't go wrong with either. I use Adobe since I already pay for the entire Adobe Suite anyway. When you export. It's super easy to encode for each platform and to adjust aspect ratio.

@WashingtonCOG The paid version allows you to work with higher frame rates and higher resolution (>4k I believe). Also has more advanced tools. For most uses the free version should work just fine though.

Another option is Adobe Premiere Pro, which is what I use. But that's $30-$60 per month.
