USE THIS IF YOU HAVE A RED LIGHT THERAPY MACHINE
Its free. No email or sign up required. It tells you the exact amount of time you need to sit in front of your RLT machine in order to treat your exact issue based on what the exact research for that issue says.

Learned about something called a "glimmer" recently. It's the opposite of a trigger. A tiny moment that makes you feel good. Coffee hitting right. Sun on your face. Your dog losing its mind when you walk in the door. Most of us are trained to scan for threats all day. Flip that. Start scanning for glimmers. Same exact life starts feeling completely different.
A lot of people asking about the lactoferrin from this 14.6 cm² visceral fat reduction study.
After testing $750 worth of different brands, I found the one that works:
300-600mg daily, empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast.
This is what I use: https://t.co/1SvTKsFvMX aff link
95% pure. Enteric-coated.
The study used 300mg but I’ve found 600mg works faster for visceral fat reduction. Most people see waist changes around week 6-8.
Yes, it’s expensive. So is staying stuck with visceral fat that won’t budge despite perfect diet and exercise.
Critical: Purity matters. Below 95% won’t bind enough endotoxins to move the needle on visceral fat.
Nobody told you this, but sitting in the right bath for 20 minutes can pull heavy metals and toxins straight out of your body.
Once I found out, I went deep into detox baths.
In this thread, I'll walk you through my ultimate detox bath protocol:
that co-worker or competitor you're trying to beat is taking drugs to outrun you 100x, and you're letting them win
they're either on adderall and vyvanse and they'll lap people for max 1-2 years and then burn out and spend the rest of their life chasing that high and trying to repair the systems they just spent years absolutely nuking
or on a sophisticated stack of supplements, herbals and synthetics that complement each other and keeps them on top for decades without damage
12 hour work days are a breeze, focus so deep you could shatter a glass just staring at it
you guess who wins in the end.
this is the exact same phenomena that we can derive examples from within every industry:
- the hottest actors have done plastic surgery, pin peptides daily, take steroids
- the best athletes constantly grazing the edge of what is allowed by WADA
- all high-performing entrepreneurs are enhanced (re sam altman on armodafinil)
meanwhile the normie just stands by and think they have something incredible they don't
THEY DON'T
even the fucking SUPER FREAKS who were genuinely just born with an inextinguishable fire in their belly are taking shit to enhance their baseline
if you are a beginner just getting into being a force of nature and shattering your goals and competition but don't want to degrade your brain or health, this is what i would do (upon waking, empty stomach):
- armodafinil 150 mg (focus, wakefulness, blocks dopamine reuptake)
- tadalafil 5 mg (blood flow, cerebral and systemic)
- l-tyrosine 500 mg (dopamine building block)
- saffron extract 30 mg (mood, neurotransmitter support)
- citicoline 500 mg (acetylcholine replenishment, neuroprotection)
- creatine 15 g (brain and muscle energy)
after 1 hour:
- 50 mg bromantane (upregulates dopamine synthesis enzyme)
- 800 mg l-theanine (smooths stimulants, calm focus and anti-anxiety)
this is bound to put you in the top 1% of whatever field you're in if you come in with a plan and need relentless execution. come unprepared, and you'll just waste time.

The discovery of red light therapy was actually an accident.
In 1967, Hungarian physician Endre Mester was trying to use lasers to treat tumors in rats. The lasers didn't affect the tumors, but he noticed something unexpected:
The treated areas showed accelerated hair growth and faster wound healing. This serendipitous finding changed everything...
Coconut oil is antimicrobial against H Pylori.
This man was given 1-2 tbsp for 15 days and saw a complete recovery.
Negative IgG, no more symptoms.
Coconut oil has anti-ulcer activity due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Most people with a weak Gluteus Medius don’t strengthen it properly.
Banded lateral walks and leg raises aren’t enough.
This important muscle has many functions, one of which gets particularly overlooked.
Here’s what you need to know 👇
California's Central Valley produces 80% of the world's almonds. Each almond requires 3.2 gallons of actual irrigation water to grow. Not rainfall. Actual tap water pumped from aquifers.
One gallon of almond milk requires 162 gallons of irrigation water. Compare that to dairy milk at 8 gallons of tap water per gallon, with the rest being rainfall that falls on pasture anyway.
But here's where it gets properly grim. Almonds bloom for exactly three weeks in February. During those three weeks, California needs every pollinating bee in North America transported to the Central Valley or the crop fails entirely.
Commercial beekeepers truck in 31 billion honeybees. That's two-thirds of America's entire managed bee population, all concentrated in one valley for three weeks. The bees are packed into trucks, driven across the country, dumped into almond groves drenched in pesticides, worked to exhaustion, then packed up and shipped to the next crop.
The mortality rate is catastrophic. Beekeepers report losing 30 to 50% of their hives annually. That's billions of bees dead. Not from natural causes. From being used as disposable pollination machines for your almond milk.
The pesticides don't help. Almond groves are sprayed with neonicotinoids which scramble bee navigation systems, fungicides which weaken their immune systems, and herbicides which eliminate the wildflowers they'd normally forage on between almond blooms.
Meanwhile the aquifer depletion is permanent. The Central Valley has sunk 28 feet in some areas from groundwater extraction. That water took 10,000 years to accumulate. It's being drained in decades for almond milk.
Your vegan latte killed more bees and used more water than a year's worth of dairy milk. But it's got "plant-based" on the label so you're definitely saving the planet.
