@ActualLion Oh, take it higher! Happened 2 me, mammy wasn’t having it. The teacher had a vendetta cuz I questioned her interpretations in Lit. Told mammy I used too many colloquialisms to be considered. Head of the department VEHEMENTLY disagreed & let me do Lit as a GSCE. A* grade 🖕🏻 FIGHT!

@MartinSLewis I start Xmas prep in January. I’ve plastic drawers in the cupboard tagged w/names & I fill it throughout the year. I’ve everything in for my LO’s gifts, including her 2 “big gifts” (Yoto box +25 cards & balance bike). My husbands & loved one’s gifts are all wrapped & ready too.

@AllegedlyDrew Ur right, u’ve nice wee aircon, In Ireland r houses r built to retain heat. R ppl r bred 4 the cold & wet, not this heat. A wee bit of sun & we look like walking squashies. It’s almost as if 250 yrs of breeding in a certain climate has conditioned u 2 withstand those elements…

@PlayStation Poor form. Digital = revocable ownership. Lowering the overheads not having 2 make disks, box & labels nor ship & distribute by it’s not as if savings will be passed on to the consumer by lowering the prices of the digital game! Bye Sony! You’ll never get another penny from me.
