@JetBlue Currently onB6 1579 DCA to FLL and there’s no AC. Flight attendant said: “I know. We’re all warm. But it’s very hot outside.” How are we sitting on a runway for over half an hour without AC?? Will it work on the
Flight to FLL? If not, I will pass out. Promise.

@FedExHelp Currently at a FedEx store to have them wrap, pack and ship crystal & gold glasses and a matching decanter. The employee broke the top of the decanter before getting it in the box!!!

@JetBlue Mosaic here! Flight tonite from Newark (after 4 hours sitting at gate) cancelled. Now going to miss a flight to Cancun from Miami tmrw!! And all you can do is reimburse this flight? What about the uber home? Or getting on a flight to Miami with another airline tomorrow? Awful!!!
