Hi @MSF Doctors Without Borders
Not a single word about the arrest of healthcare workers in Iran
Strange for such a usually vocal organisation
Seems to you do have borders after all
I used to work for you and donate to you - proudly
Never will do either again

US State Department in Farsi Posts:
Iranian doctors swear to prioritize their patients’ well-being, do no harm, and uphold the highest ethical standards. Yet the government punishes medical staff simply for treating injured protesters, exactly the act they swore to perform: protecting human life.
Dr. Alireza Golchini is a stark example of this injustice. He has been sentenced to death solely for adhering to his medical oath.
By targeting those who honor their oath, the regime exposes its complete disregard not only for medical ethics but also for the most basic principles of humanity. Criminalizing empathy and turning caregivers into enemies is a profound betrayal of civilization and a confirmation of barbarity.
President Trump has explicitly stated that no executions should take place in Iran, warning that any such actions by the government will have consequences.
We demand the release of Dr. Golchini, all courageous doctors who have aided their fellow citizens, and everyone unjustly imprisoned. It is time for the Islamic Republic to end its campaign of fear and terror against the Iranian people.
The Islamic Republic has sentenced surgeon Dr. Alireza Golchini to death after arresting him during Iran's national uprising.
His "crime" was treating protesters wounded by the regime.
Not even doctors honoring their medical oaths are spared in the regime's war on Iranians.
This week, Europe has a historic opportunity, and duty, to finally designate the Iranian regime's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organisation.
This is more than symbolic. This matters.
Europe has a responsibility to act. The millions of Iranians living under oppression look to us for moral clarity and leadership. The thousands of people murdered on the streets deserve a semblance of justice.
The people of Iran deserve to be free. Their oppressors should find no safe haven.
Iranians, and those who support, boycott @hudabeauty.
She posted nothing about the massacre of Iranians, and chose to post regime propaganda instead.
She’s unfortunately doubled down on her recent Instagram stories as well.
Where are the bodies of Iranian women?
Many women have disappeared. Testimonies from Iran describe detainees raped, mutilated, and killed—some subjected to surgical removal of their uteruses. Families searching for loved ones report bodies with severe internal injuries, torn ears, scalped hair, cigarette burns, and stab wounds—some buried at night to erase evidence. These are not isolated horrors. They are systematic crimes against Iranian women.
This is not politics. This is humanity.

Dr. Alireza Golchini is a general surgeon who treated wounded protesters.
For saving lives, he was arrested and sentenced to death. He is now at grave risk of imminent execution.
Please be his voice.🙏🏻
As I feared several days ago, as time goes on, the urgency and immediacy for helping the Iranian people lessens in the public mind and among the decision-makers. Already, the media are losing interest. This is very worrisome.
From the streets of Tehran to the heart of the European Parliament, the message is clear:
Iran must be free. Iran will be free.
The @Europarl_EN has overwhelmingly voted to back the aspirations of the Iranian people. We have called for decisive action to:
• Stop the violence: End the brutal crackdown and mass killings of peaceful protesters.
• Halt executions: Immediately stop the state-sanctioned killings used to silence dissent.
• Free the brave: Release every imprisoned demonstrator and political prisoner.
• Target the oppressors: Designate the IRGC as a terrorist organisation and hold those responsible accountable.
To the courageous people of Iran:
Even when cables are cut, we hear you.
Even when blackouts fall, we see you.
You are not alone.
The European Parliament stands firmly with you.
Sharon Osbourne using her platform of 3 million followers for Iranians fighting their oppressive regime, while too many in Hollywood remain silent.
Thank you for speaking up.
Keep sharing. Keep fighting. Iranians need us ALL.
Executions for protesters are set to begin in 48 hours. 26 y.o. Erfan Soltani is one of the first to be publicly hanged on Jan 14th, his family were told yesterday.
If the U.S. doesn’t act now—after making its promises—it will go down as one of the biggest betrayals in history.
According to an investigation by Iran International, the killing of 12,000 Iranians, mostly under the age of 30, took place on the direct order of Ali Khamenei and with the approval of senior regime officials.
The report says the mass killing happened over just two days, on 8 and 9 January 2026.

Not a single word from @UN_Women on the situation in Iran.
Nothing.
The UN body for women's rights hasn't got anything to say.
A weird, fake organisation.
🤯 This is wild to watch. So many journalists I’ve taken seriously over the past few years, people I believed were unbiased and genuinely cared about human life are now trying to diminish the real uprising of the Iranian people against this murderous regime, simply because they dislike Israel and want to tie everything back to it.
The people of Iran hate this government and want it gone. There have been uprisings again and again since the revolution, but they are always crushed by a regime that kills and imprisons anyone who dares to speak out.
Talk to some Iranians, please. You don’t have to force every international story into the single narrative you care most about.
The 90 million people living in Iran are human beings too. The whole world isn’t only about one cause you’re focused on.
If you don’t want to help them or be their voice, fine, but at the very least, don’t diminish their sacrifices. This is heartbreaking.

I was a hostage in Iran 47 years ago. I was held in Evin Prison—one of the most notorious prisons in the country—and moved through other miserable, isolated cells across Iran. Those memories never leave you. That is why what I am seeing today fills me with rage and dread. The same system that brutalized prisoners then is now turning its full machinery of repression against its own people.
Under a deliberate nationwide internet blackout, Iran’s deep state—the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the regular military (Artesh), and the political apparatus embodied by figures such as Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf—has moved to crush dissent through mass killing.
Videos emerging despite the blackout show scenes that are almost unbearable: confused and screaming families standing beside bodies wrapped in black bags, piled in makeshift medical centers, scattered across courtyards in the south of Tehran. These are not isolated incidents. According to the U.S.-based Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRNA), this violence is systematic and verified.
The regime insists on its familiar language of dehumanization, warning Iranians not to join “rioters,” “terrorists,” or foreign-backed “mercenaries.”
Moreover, President Masoud Pezeshkian has publicly drawn a line between “peaceful protesters” and those he claims seek to “disrupt the entire society.”
History teaches us what comes next when a government uses such words. This is not chaos—it is strategy. It is a full-throated crackdown meant to terrorize a population into silence. I have seen this regime up close before.
The world must not look away now.
