@Chris_Boardman Couldn't agree more. Even when I have a bike reservation it manages to be stressful. Staff are usually great but hamstrung by inept, inconsistent and nonsensical processes and systems. We should lobby for improvements to cycle provision to be mandatory in the tendering process
