Because flight was 2+ hrs delayed out of JFK. Stood in two lines for 2+ hrs for resolution, told “nothing to be done” so I booked @AlaskaAir flight leaving in 8 hrs w/hope my bag arrives in @SanDiegoAirport around when I get there but no guarantee
