No, it is to claim FREA and union subscriptions which I have had on my Tax code for many years now but have suddenly disappeared this year. I spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone this morning, who advised I would have to update them online again but no joy?

@cardiffcouncil This wasn't a change to our collection though! The recycling ♻️ wasn't collected at all!! They neglected to come down our street! Unacceptable given the amount we pay for the service!!
