The original application submitted under the outdated 2014 Vancouver Building Bylaw (VBBL), which was updated in 2019. Application must be updated to meet the 2019 VBBL.

This is maddening. The proposed detox centre at Clark Drive East 1st Ave is still stuck in Vancouver permit limbo.
