@DrJN_SportsMed This is assuming all are created equal in their individual fields. I would have no problem sending my 60 yo dad with deteriorating hip pain to a sports/MSK chiro physician for an initial workup. Would never consider a general practice chiro tho.

How many Deep Gluteal Syndromes / Piriformis Syndromes are non MSK eg endometriosis?

Have seen 5 pts, all female between 30-40, with stubborn gluteal pain that’s radiates into leg and pelvis - also element lower back pain

Normal / non dysplastic hips

One pt so far with severe endometriosis at laparoscopy involving pelvic wall and nerves ….
