I just finished Impulse and Hopkins did an amazing job telling the stories of 3 teenagers battling mental illness. With a unexpected twist at the end, I couldn’t put the book down ! The immense amount of detail the Hopkins includes in this book only pulled me in more ! #apread19

This book has me on the edge of my seat as the storyline continues to develop. All 3 characters talk about their troubling pasts, which I find shocking, yet intriguing. I’m excited to see how they continue on the road to recovery. #apread19

Within this book, there are 3 characters telling their own story from their own view, which i find very interesting. All 3 of these characters are in the same mental institution, called Aspen Springs and they all have connecting stories #apread19

I started to read Impulse by Ellen Hopkins. Ellen Hopkins is one of my favorite authors and I am excited to read it! It relates to struggles with mental health and I’m excited to see how the characters progress and to see how they are learning to overcome their battle #apread19
